Citrix, VMware, Microsoft Monitoring in a SaaS Solution

From Douglas A. Brown

I have a fresh twist on an old problem for you today! I’ve been checking out the guys at LogicMonitor and they make a really cool performance-monitoring tool.
Unlike all the others, theirs is 100% in the cloud. Yup, powerful but simple, you're up and running in minutes. They support VMware, Citrix, Microsoft Hyper-V, plus all your networking gear, storage systems, and applications too. Basically everything in your data center in a single UI. I’m very impressed. Thought you might be interested too. Here’s more.
LogicMonitor’s pre-configured monitoring templates and automation reduce your deployment time from the typical months with premise-based monitoring solutions, down to just minutes.
Being SaaS-based, there are no servers to setup and maintain, no scripts to write, and no tedious configuration. It’s as close to plug & play monitoring as you can get.
You’ll have instant visibility and alerting for everything in your data center including:
  • Hypervisors (Citrix,VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V)
  • Servers via WMI (Windows Server systems)
  • Servers via SNMP (UNIX, Linux, Windows)
  • Routers (Cisco, Juniper, etc.)
  • Switches (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, etc.)
  • Firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, NetScreen, SonicWALL, Fortinet, etc.)
  • Storage Systems (NetApp, HP, Dell, EMC, etc.)
  • Load balancers (F5, NetScaler, Kemp, etc.)
  • Databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Server Applications (Exchange, Apache, IIS, NGNX, Java, Tomcat)
Very impressive and it is easy to try too. You can try the full version of LogicMonitor FREE.
